当院では厚生労働省から認められた 外国人医師の臨床修練を受け入れています。
臨床修練制度とは、外国医師等が行う臨床修練に係る医師法第17条等の特例等に関する法律に制定されている制度です。日本において日本の医師免許を持たない外国人医師（歯科医師含む）の方は、患者の診断や治療及びそれに関連する一連の検査等の診療行為が認められておりません。
臨床修練制度は、こうした外国人医師（歯科医師含む）の方に、日本において診療を伴う研修を希望する者に対し、厚生労働省にて審査を受けたうえで、厚生労働大臣の許可を得て、日本で2年間の医療行為（処方せんの交付を除く）が認められる制度です。
【制約条件】
厚生労働大臣の指定した病院（臨床修練指定病院）での勤務において、臨床修練指導医の実地の指導下においてのみ医療行為が可能です。
臨床修練制度は「外国医師・外国歯科医師が行う臨床修練に係る医師法第十七条及び歯科医師法第十七条の特例等に関する法律」に基づくものです。（参考URL：http://www.houko.com/00/01/S62/029.HTM）

My name is Tuấn Anh
I am an orthopedic trauma surgeon with 4 years of experience, specializing in both general orthopedics and sports medicine. I see myself as a diligent individual who always dedicates his utmost effort to the tasks assigned. With an aspiration to bring positive values to my family and society, I actively participated in various group and community activities during my time as a university student and a resident doctor at the hospital. My teamwork skills have been developed through collaborating with colleagues during internships and projects. I firmly believe that sharing knowledge and experiences is the key to achieving collective success.
My interest in hip and pelvic orthopedics has grown to play a significant role in my professional growth. I hope to have the opportunity for in-depth research concerning pathological issues related to the hip and pelvic joints. I hope that by mastering knowledge and embracing new insights, I can play a meaningful role in enhancing the quality of healthcare within the community.

Worked at Tam Anh General Hospital in Hanoi at the Center for Joint Surgery and Sports Medicine.
